What happens to my winnings?
All winning bets will be paid back into your account immediately after we have confirmed the result and settled the bet. betinternet.com prides itself on the speed in which we return winnings for successful wagers to our customers' accounts.
To view your statement you can select the betting history link in the accounts section, which will show bets as open or closed for any chosen date range. Please note all bets on a Multi - betting slip have to finish before you will receive any winnings.
In the unlikely event you feel your balance reflects an incorrect amount or you have not received any payment for what you believe to be a winning bet, please e-mail us on info@betinternet.com with the full details and we will investigate the issue immediately.
Are there any maximum payouts?
The maximum daily payout for any one bet is £100,000 GBP or (currency equivalent).
What currencies can I bet in?
UK Sterling, US Dollars, Hong Kong Dollars, Singapore Dollars, Swedish Kronor, Norwegian Kroner, Danish Kroner and Euros.
How do my transactions appear on my bank or credit/debit card statement?
Deposits and withdrawals to your betinternet account will either appear as coming from BI INT TELE Douglas GB or BI International Douglas GB.

All bets are placed tax free. We make no charges for credit or debit card transactions.

How disputes will be handled and by whom:
Any issues should be forwarded to our Customer Service Team by email to info@betinternet.com If your concern is relating to a sports book wager or a casino bet please included the unique Bet ID number. Please try to include as much information and a full description of any concern you have. You will then receive a response from our Customer Service team or if appropriate a member of another team best suited to assist in any query.
How breaches of the terms and conditions by the customer are dealt with:
betinternet.com reserves the right to close any account or reject applications for new accounts from any client that is in breach of our terms and conditions or if any activity relating to the account is identified as undesirable or potentially fraudulent. This action maybe taken by betinternet.com without any prior notification to the account holder.
