Documentation Requirements
Under certain circumstances we may require verification of identity and/or address in order for us to comply with the terms of our Gaming Licence. The following describes the acceptable documentation.
Documentation Required For Verification Of Identity
One of the following (bearing a recent photograph):-
- Full, pre-signed, driving licence (for a British driving licence the counterpart must be included).*
- Armed forces identity card*
- National identity card*
- Current Valid full passport
- The front & back of listed credit/debit cards - Some details may be obscured, please ask our Customer Service team for further details
*does not apply to all countries
Documentation Required For Verification Of Address
One of the following (Must be less than (3) months old):-
- Bank/Credit Card Statement.
- Utility Bill (e.g. Gas, Landline Telephone, Water,)N.B. Mobile Phone bills are not acceptable.
- Council Tax Bill.
- Tax Return Statement.
